Personal Training
Personal training is an activity and a process through which a person gains the physical skills and knowledge necessary to safely and efficiently achieve the benefits of regular exercise. Benefits of personal training include: weight loss; “toning up”; decreased body fat; full recovery from injury; improved work or athletic performance; reduction of health risks; improved response to stress; and more. The trainer acts as an expert guide and consultant assisting clients in achieving their individually selected fitness goals. He or she does this by teaching you how to perform the exercises correctly. The trainer is there to design a program for you, and over time, by training you in how to think about the components and principles of exercise, so that when you are comfortable, you can train yourself. People who hire personal trainers are looking to optimize their invested time and effort, and minimize their risk.

Cross Training

Kick Boxing
Kick Boxing is a blend of art, science and sport. The art combines awesome offense, a strong defensive structure with a high level of conditioning. The arts kicks, punches, elbows, and knees make it an essential element in every martial artists repertoire. The standing grappling (clinch) adds functional self-defense applications to Muay Thai's impressive martial science foundation. All moves are performed on a partner, focus pads and Thai focus pads to maximize your training.
